dc.description.abstract Thermal comfort in office environments is of prime importance as it is directly correlated to the productivity of its occupants. ASHRAE Standard 55 is a prominently used thermal comfort standard across the world. However many industry experts question the applicability of the ASHRAE Standard 55 for tropical regions. The research findings revealed that majority of occupants were dissatisfied of the ASHRAE Standard 55. en_US
