dc.description.abstract | Transportation being a facility which concerns every person in a country has to be considered by focussing on safety, convenience, economy and security. The relevance importance of each of these factors or its combinations would vary with the respective locality and thus the specific priority and attention should be given according to the need. Traffic management in high density area have to be considered and resolved economically as possible without incurring heavy expenditure on drastic changes to the infrastructure. Major changes to the infrastructure may not always be the final solution to reduce the traffic congestion due to the present conflicts which have to be reduced if not eliminated. | en_US |
