dc.description.abstract	Telemedicine stands as a transformative solution amid Sri Lanka's healthcare landscape, marked by extensive yet unevenly distributed healthcare services and critical gaps in specialist consultation, especially in rural areas exacerbated by economic challenges and healthcare worker emigration.
