dc.description.abstract With the advancement of the society the ambitions and thinking processes of people changed continuously and rapidly. The situation, as compared to a primitive society has been not homogenous, therefore homogenous solutions have not been adequate of solving the issues of modern or contemporary society. Among the most noticeable in this modern/contemporary context were the architectural endeavors or changes that took place in social structures. They have been readily represented through new built forms. Standard built forms already set by the society have been considered afresh. The fundamentals of a set of problems were reconsidered for a more innovative architectural mould. The outcome as a new solution represented in the form of a "novel model". In other words, many designers crave to be recognized as possessing the skill and talent necessary to create one of the few buildings which not only satisfies the client on a practical level but also has the ability to touch a novel intellectual interpretation and become a 'model for others to emulate.
