dc.description.abstract |
Spinning, Weaving and Processing defects individuaJ1y or collectively cause faults in fabric. Yarn
unevenness caused in the process o f spinning maybe due to either long or short term variations.
In this project; types of short tern variations that could occurring ring spinning, their causes, methods of
over coming these defects and measurement of such defects have been discussed.
Due to practical difficulties in, doing changes in the process line this exercise was limited to the analysis
of the effect of only certain spinning parameters on yarn quality.
The results of this project have indicated that the normal. Pressure Of 10 kgs’ on front roller and 3.5mn
distance clips produce the best results for 30S warp yarn. |
