dc.description.abstract Snyder's Method was applied to the catchment of Welipenna Ganga, in order to study the variation of the results with the changes of the parameters used. Three vale of Cp were considered for the study while Ct was calculated with an equation given in literature. An average slope considering the highest and lowest points and a slope obtained considering segments along the main watercourse were used. The effect of using sub catchments was also taken into account. A considerable variation of final results was noticed with the selection of deferent alternatives.
