dc.description.abstract |
Given the limitations of human perceptions it would be impossible to classify the images
manually. The IRIS (Image Retrieval and Indexing System for Data Mining) system that
we have developed is a solution! to this problem. "QBIC" (Query by Image Content)
system of IBM, "Content-Based Visual Query" Project of the University of Columbia as
well as "CLUE" and "SIMPLIcity" of Pennsylvania State University are of considerable
academic value. |
