dc.description.abstractThere is no guidelines available in the Universities to perform the office administration effectively and efficiently. Methodology adopted in the past in a University differs from the other and depends on the administrator who administer. This report provides ways and means to streamline the above past practice. This report describes the basic understanding of principals of office system and the relevance to efficient and effective University administration. The aims of this report are to provide basic skills and techniques in the office system for achieving better performance and to make aware of various practice of office system in the University to enable University administrators and clerical staffs to develop a brodened perspective of their role in the University administration.en_US
