Abstract

This Dissertation is an attempt by me within my capabilities and the available resources to probe into the ways and means of improving the Safety, Health and Welfare aspects in the Construction Industry in Sri Lanka and to give some recommendations to the Construction Industrialists towards achieving the desired results in the endevour.
