Waste Minimization study at Seeduwa Distilleries corporation of Sri Lanka (DCSL) was conducted under the Industrial Pollution Reduction Programme (IPRP) by the Central Environmental Authority (CEA) in collaboration with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the University of Moratuwa, Dept, of Chemical Engineering. This report was prepared as a case study based on the above project. We believe the report provides necessary information and guidance on waste minimization studies of Chemical and Process industries and will be useful to the students.
