Abstract:
This research uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process
method to identify key factors affecting border port operations
in landlocked Mongolia. Factors include transportation,
government policy, procedure, capacity building, and
information technology. The AHP method calculates influencing
weights and surveys experts to determine priority factors and
identify areas for improvement to facilitate international trade.
