Interactivity is a buzz word for most of online educational service providers. It is because the importance of interactivity in learning aspects. It is equally important in online learning, eLearning as well. eLearning process rather facing many challenges if Interactivity is not incorporated with it. In this research we tried to elaborate impact of interactivity to eLearning. In doing so, we first defined Interactivity with an implicit scope. Then we identified a measurement instrument for eLearning quality. A sample size of 439 Sri Lankan university students used to evaluate the impact of interactivity. Then we tried to elaborate the relationship among Interactivity to quality where it indicated significant relationship, resulting an effect to Interactivity will effect to quality of eLearning. It is important to identify the level of Interactivity and identify the quality of eLearning in which an institute would perform. In our research we proved there is moderately described positive linear relationship where it produces higher quality output when higher the Interactivity. This relationship is useful for any university who in require to improve the quality in eLearning.
