Developing a framework for certification of ISO 9001 for the electrical equipment manufacturing industry in Sri Lanka

Abstract

The success and outcome of this project work are a result of many support received by different personnel. I’m happy to reserve this space to pay my gratitude to them. My heartfelt appreciation goes to the supervisor of this project, Dr. J.R. Gamage, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Moratuwa for his excellent supervision, encouragement, and support which has enabled me to complete this study successfully.
