dc.descriptionThe present study originates from one such occasion when certain interesting observations were made in connection with State Sponsored Housing Schemes of recent time. During the course of supervising Post-Graduate Dissertations, several of which have concerned themselves with different types of studies on State Sponsored Housing Schemes one clear recurrent observation stood out. This was that many of the Housing Schemes whether architect-designed or user designed were subjected to modifications or bore evidence of a desire on the part of the user to do so.
