dc.description.abstractMaintaining proper exercise form is crucial for injury prevention and workout effectiveness. However, many gym-goers lack access to personal trainers. GymPro addresses this issue by utilizing deep learning and pose estimation to analyze workout movements in real-time and provide instant corrective feedback.
