Implementing a system- based integrated anatomy curriculum in a resource- limited setting: Insights and lessons learned

Abstract

The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Moratuwa, established during a national economic crisis, adopted a system-based, integrated anatomy curriculum amidst limited infrastructure and academic staff. It intends to improve interdisciplinary integration, promote student-centered learning, and ensure the clinical relevance of anatomical knowledge. This study aims to present our experience in implementing the curriculum.
