dc.description.abstractThe objective of t h i s study is to develop a strategy f o r public participation in planning with specific reference t o the institutional and administrative framework of the decentralized structure of administration in view of the increasingly important role currently attached to public participation in achieving planned development. Development in its modern meaning embraces the fulfillment of the aspirations of the people and the importance of public paretic impaction in this context becomes apparent.
