dc.description.abstract | Global warming and climate change, caused by greenhouse effect, are the most widely discussed topics in most of the international scientific and political forums of today, since, during the past few years the entire world has experienced rapid changes in the climate. By the Kyoto Protocol of 1997, many countries have agreed to curtail the emission of green house gases, such CO2 and CH4 into the atmosphere, and to grant funds to projects that will reduce the emission of green house gases. | en_US |
