dc.description.abstract"Once unchanging element of all building is the roof. Protective empathic and all-important..... Ubiquitous, pervasively present the scale or pattern shaped by building beneath. The roof, its shape, texture and propotion is the strangest visual factors". The roof of a building is normally considered to be the covering on its top or the form that crowns it and may manifest it self in any shape or form. However depending on weather a roof is experienced from within an architectural space or with out perception of it can differ. From out side roof implies the crowing from described above, once in side given space it may be perceived as top most covering of the building or the ceiling of that immediately space. The ceiling of a given space defines the immediate upper limit of that space and may refer to the under side of the roof it self or a plane undefended of it. This ceiling is experienced from within a space. The space of the ceiling can be manipulated as desired. The ceiling may even exit as living. The ceiling of a particular space could well be the floor of a space about it. Countries in the tropics, which comprise a wide belt around the middle of earth, do not, of course, share a unvalent cultural or social from work. Sandwiched between the pacific and Indian Ocean. Topography create some climatic irregularities like typhoon and tropical cyclones but generally, the climate is characterized by intense sunshine, heavy rain fall, prevailing winds, high humidity and equable temperatures. Evaporative cooling is greatly reduced due to the high humidity, which averages about 75% or more. Temperature average between 22c and 32c with only minor's seasonal variation. Climate is clearly one of the prime factors of culture and there fare built form.
