Distribution Generation (At Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LW)) has changed convectional distributional networks by allowing bi-directional power flow, also there are unusual types of loads like Electric vehicle chargers which draw large currents for a short duration of time. So that active distribution system needs to be properly managed and coordinated. Steady State Voltage Management is a such issue. The study is to overcome the above stated voltage issues implementing a Custom Power device Static Var Compensator (STATCOM).en_US
